Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coloring Studio handles information when you use the web service. Replace the business/contact placeholders below before a public launch.

Information we collect

We store your email address to provide passwordless sign-in, your credit balance and purchase records, the prompts and settings you choose, Story Worlds you create, and generated coloring pages saved to your private library. We also store hashed authentication tokens, hashed CSRF tokens, and hashed network/browser signals used to protect accounts and enforce rate limits.

Photos and AI processing

When you choose Photo Magic, the selected image is sent to our configured AI processing provider solely to perform the requested conversion. Coloring Studio validates the upload and uses temporary upload storage; it does not retain the original upload after processing. Generated results are copied into your private Coloring Studio library until you delete them.

Service providers

We use Resend to deliver login codes, Dodo Payments to process one-time purchases, and Replicate to perform AI image generation. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. Dodo Payments handles payment credentials directly; Coloring Studio does not receive or store your card number.

Cookies

We use a secure authentication cookie to keep this browser signed in and a CSRF cookie to prevent forged requests. These are necessary for the service and are not advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Login codes expire after 10 minutes. Login sessions expire or can be revoked by signing out. Generated pages remain until you delete them. Purchase and credit-ledger records may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. To request account deletion, contact privacy@your-domain.example.

Security

We use encrypted transport in production, hashed one-time codes and login tokens, server-side authorization, CSRF and origin checks, rate limiting, private media delivery, prepared database statements, strict upload validation, and idempotent payment fulfillment. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Coloring Studio is intended for adults and for children only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload a child’s photo unless you have the legal right and informed permission to do so.
