These terms govern use of Coloring Studio. Replace the business/contact placeholders and have the final terms reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.

Service

Coloring Studio is a web-based creative tool that uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to generate coloring pages from text and permitted photos. Results can vary, may contain errors, and are not guaranteed to match a prompt exactly.

Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through remembered login sessions. You may not attempt to bypass credit controls, probe or disrupt the service, generate unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload a photo you do not have permission to process.

One-time credit purchases

Coloring Studio sells consumable credit packs through Dodo Payments. These are one-time purchases only—there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. A text creation currently costs one credit and Photo Magic costs two credits. Displayed costs may change for future creations, but purchased unused credits do not expire while the service and your account remain available.

Payments and refunds

Dodo Payments processes payment. Credits are added only after server-side confirmation of a completed payment. If an AI creation fails before completion, reserved credits are returned automatically. For billing errors or legally required refunds, contact support@your-domain.example with the Dodo payment details. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content and generated results

You retain rights you already have in uploaded prompts and photos. You grant Coloring Studio and its processing providers the limited permission required to process that content and deliver the service. Your rights in generated output depend on applicable law and provider terms; Coloring Studio does not promise that output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, payment fraud, or legal reasons. If the service is permanently discontinued, any treatment of unused paid credits will follow applicable consumer law.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Coloring Studio is not a substitute for professional advice. Liability limitations and governing-law provisions should be completed by your legal adviser for the jurisdiction in which the business operates.
